File format

What type of files do you accept?
We accept all files including .tiff, .pdf, .jpg, .psd,  .eps and .png. But we prefer .pdf and .jpg.

Color Mode

What’s the difference between RGB and CMYK mode?
RGB is the color mode for monitor screens. CMYK is the color for printing and offset.

Is it colors same exactly as I see on my computer screen?

We could print the same colors or it may be a little different. It may slightly different because of these reasons:
1.    It depends on the color profile that you set for the screen.
2.    The color mode you see is RGB and not CMYK.
3.    The paper stock has it’s own color which effects the prints.

Can I have a sample before doing the full run?

It depends on the amount of finishing involved in the product and order quantity. In some job we can do a modest proof on the final paper stock. For offset products we cannot provide samples because for example one booklet set up and print cost is the same as a hundred. For details about your job’s sample please call for further details.

Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept Cash and Telex Transfer. 50% advance at our office and full balance on delivery.

Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery?
Free delivery for order over 100000 Kyats. If your order is less than 100000 Kyats, delivery charge will start at 6000Kyats and it may depend on the location.
